Site Update February 6, 2007
OK, time for some boring technical stuff. :)
The Gallery
I have installed and integrated the site design with ZENphoto. All that is left to do with this is mashing the databases, which I haven’t decided if I even need to do at this point. Though it seems like the smart thing would be to do it now, so I don’t have to worry about it later. However I never claimed to be a smart kind of fella.
The Content
With the release of the very first “issue” of The Mondays content is starting to build. This will be one of those things, that will come with time. I have started uploading some of the art for Chuck, and I. I’m still working on the coloring for Robulous, The sneak peak of the characters will be soon. I have as well, talked to some other artist who may be contributing there own pieces at a later date. I still need to discuss this with Chuck, but it will be something to look forward to.
If you have any ideas you would like to see implemented, please by all means let me know, I would be happy to hear from you, plus I would rather add sections, and tools by what the users want, rather then add a bunch of things know one will use. :)
Myspace
I have gotten the myspace page up as well as a feed from all the blog post from there. So if your on myspace, the please add us.
The Future
At this point in time, there is a vary loose outline on what where going to do, Where looking into adding some t-shirts for everyone to order, maybe some hats as well. As far as a time frame for when the first book will be published, I believe Chuck is shooting for having the first books published by Chicago Con 2007. That would be in August. Of course, it would be nice to have both first issues published by then, however self publishing isn’t the easiest of journeys.
Conclusion
Look for 2007 to be an amazing year. We have so much planned, and the tools to accomplish our task. If your interested in getting involved with No Coast Studios, as a writer, artist, colorist, or something you think we may need that we don’t know about. Then please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are more then happy to respond to all correspondence sent out way.
